Family News Update
My Spiritual Determination & Intention . . .
August 8th, 2007

Well, hello. The last time that I left a family news update a little less than a year ago now, I was . . . well, I left the original news here and to our right of this page section of the news, as to make the comparison.

I feel great, life is great, my scans have been routinely clear of any questionable medical abnormalities. I am working my way back from a very difficult year in my life. Thank you. I am the living proof that prayer and family not only matter deeply, but create the gift of hope and healing. A powerful combination.

So, I will keep dreaming my dream, to answer this nawing question in my research, who was our Rudolph Buys? Where did he come from? Where did he go for 11 years during the Revolutionary War?

My Personal Gratitude & Appreciation . . .
September 30th, 2006

Today is day two following the confirmed news that tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m., I will receive a surgery to remove what has been diagnosed as testicular cancer.

While their prognosses is good regarding the testicular surgery, they also believe that the masses I have located near my left kidney and lower pelvic region, should respond very favorably to the chemotherapy to follow the operation. Oddly enough this form of cancer's highest rate of occurance is in Denmark, The Netherlands.

I am really in the best of spirits, and will continue to hoist our families "ship sails" so long as that ol' West Wind is a blowing and ready to take us all on another voyage of the fabled Buys, Boice, and Boyce Familes.

I thank you all with my personal gratitude and sincere appreciation for ALL of you hard work and contributions on behalf of our family history. You have made it exciting, and a temendously worthwhile and passionate persuit.
